Doc's Little Gem Diner is located on the corner of Liberty and Spencer Streets in downtown Syracuse. The restaurant has been serving the area for many, many years. There is even a song written by Martin Sexton that mentions the Little Gem in the lyrics. The Little Gem is a 1950's Fedoro Dining Car that has been located here since 1955. The restaurant is open 24/7, 365 days a year and has been voted best restaurant in Syracuse for over 8 straight years.
