These guys make their own sausage and stuff their own chops. I went in one time and asked for a couple of 12 oz. steaks. The young guy behind the counter cut and handed me my steaks and while in line at the checkout, I noticed the weight was 1.49 LBS. Very impressive.
Mr P's is also known for his monthly specials. For $99.99, you get an assortment of meats [for two] and he's also known for his spice blends known as Pilleteri's Seasonings.
He is also involved in the manufacture, packaging, and marketing of a number of other local brands of sauces and seasonings.
