This guidestone is at the junction of the road from Chipshop to Horsebridge and the the road towards Catsbridge. Today the road towards Horsebridge goes vis Scrubtor and Lamerhoo Cross. When this stone was in use the road towards Horsebridge would have turned right towards Catsbridge and Hartwell.
Unfortunately the mileage recorded on the guidestone is a bit suspect.
