This milestone is on the Horsebridge to Hingston Down Road of the Callington Turnpike Trust formed in 1764. The Horsebridge to Hingston Down Road leaves the Callington to Gunnislake road at Sevenstones and runs around Kit Hill, drops down into the village of Luckett before terminating at the west end of Horsebridge.
