Wild River offers many activities. Some of the more popular are camping, swiming, nordic skiing, hiking and bicycling.

Background:
The park is very scenic. There can be many visitors at times. The trails are busy with skiiers and snowshoers in the Winter. In the Summer, the Old Nevers Dam Site is the place to swim on a huge sand bar along the scenic St. Croix River.
