The Holocaust Memorial was placed in 1998 and was designed by BPLW Team of Architects & Engineers, the names of whom are listed on a stone marker at the site. The groups and individuals responsible for this memorial are listed on the marker:

Renowned artist Jake Lovato was the sculptor. The metal sculpture depicts bodies rising in a smoke stack. Five triangular columns surround the sculpture and each includes information about the Holocaust (see photos below).
