Granite Direction Marker, Near Lamerton, Tavistock, Devon - Dartmoor Granite on Waymarking.com

The ancient direction post is situated at a road junction between Milton Abbot, Lamerton and Chipshop.
The engraving is very difficult to read, the stone gives two directions on the left it is probably Milton Abbot, on the right the stone is marked Lamerton which is engraved in an arched shape.
