These bound stones are engraved with the initials 'PCWW 1917'. The stones were erected by the Plymouth Corporation Waterworks, to mark the catchment area for Burrator Reservoir.
The stones stand with a milestone, on either side of the Yelverton to Princetown road across the moor.
