This area of town underwent a major revitalization several years ago updating the former mall (which was built in the 70's) with many new shops. Several restuarants, including Chili's, located franchises in this area.
This location is on my family's regular rotation of places to eat out. Good food, but downside with three teenagers is the bill. Occasionally, a bad night can be encountered if very short of staff.
