Gwennie's is an Anchorage restaurant that has reached institution status. If you haven't eaten at Gwennie's, you haven't fully experienced Anchorage. Inside you will find a hodge podge of native art, historical memorabilia, and post-taxidermist local wildlife. They don't skimp on portions, so come hungry for a hearty meal. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served, but they really know how to do breakfast at Gwennie's. All of the classic breakfast items can be had, but don't miss the opportunity to try their reindeer sausage. You won't find that anywhere in the lower 48! The coffee is good and the staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast items are available any time of day.
