Happy Chef switches to advertising -- McPherson, KS

This giant statue used to be located outside the Happy Chef restaurant in McPherson. When the restaurant closed it was purchased and moved to its present location, given a change of clothes, and now serves as an eye-catcher for a billboard.

The south side of the billboard advertises a chimney sweep service while the north side of the billboard advertises landscape and veneer stone.

The statue is on the west side of I-35 and is easily viewed by traffic going in both directions. This is a major roadway with lots of traffic at times -- please exercise caution for your own safety and that of others if you pull over to take photos.
