Little Tract Trailhead - South Access Point - Hiking and walking trailheads on Waymarking.com

There are 2 Little Tract trailheads. This one to the south on Wellington Road 34 and another one to the north on Concession 4.

Parking available at the trailhead for approximately 6 vehicles.

Little Tract is owned by the County of Wellington. A clearly marked trail that was once a farm driveway runs through the property. Lots of unmarked side trails. There are 2 small ponds near the south entrance. Great walk most of the year except for MOSQUITO season. Mosquitos can be thick and fierce in the summer months.

The 200 acre woodlot is diverse with maples, pines, hemlock, basswood, ash and black cherry. Also look out for the odd patch of poison ivy.

Expect to encounter other hikers, dogs, bikes, and x-country skiers.
