Found this one while GeoCaching in Guam. It is just off the side of the road at the coordinates listed. There is also a steak in the ground marking it's location about 24 inches off the road. Just along the tree line prior to entering the jungle area. It is a survey control mark. It says "Guam Geodetic Network DLM 1993."
