To log it, you must:
Visit Dronningensgt i Moss, Norway
Stand in view of the webcam
Use a funky portable device, or get a friend on an internet conenction to grab the image with you in it.
Post the image here along with you log to prove you were there

To save a picture:
1. Go to Moss-Avis http://www.moss-avis.no/apps/pbcs.dll/misc?URL=/misc/webkamera.pbs&Kategori=outma
2: refresh image
3: Right click and save picture.
