Tree Spirit Tables
"History
Coming from a background of growing up alongside my father as he restored, refurbished, and created antique and period furniture, I developed a passion for the art and design of woodworking.
In 1994 I opened an antique shop and the antique farm tables that I had acquired were never quite exactly what my clients were looking for. They were never long enough wide enough or there was never enough legroom. I decided to create tables my clients had been dreaming of.
This high demand grew into my current business, Tree Spirit Tables. The name Tree Spirit Tables originates from my Indian ancestry. My great grandfather was a full-blooded Mohawk, and the Mohawk Indians looked upon the trees as a connecting rod between heaven and earth. I like to think that I am keeping that spirit alive with my work. And it is my hope, that with each table that is created it will allow my clients to enjoy their own piece of heaven."
