There is no plaque on this fountain as to when it was erected or who it was designed by but one Internet reference refers to it as the Millennium Stone Fountain. It is part of the well maintained Fitz Park.

Water trickles out of the top of the fountain, down the stone and into the rocks below. Mossi s building up on the lower reaches of the stone. I don’t know what the stone is but it may well be slate.
