"Bruno Tuukkanen ( 1891 - 1979) was a Finnish art and decorative painter. He participated in the final shaping of the Finnish flag in conjunction with the artist Eero Snellman. Tuukkanen made glass and wall paintings as well as several Finnish interior plans of churches. He took part in the Paris World Exhibition in 1937, winning the Grand Prix prize."
