This flush bracket was used during the Third geodetic levelling of England & Wales. It was included on the Liskeard to Yelverton levelling line. The surveyor's description was SW face, 2' SE from W angle of school, NE side of road, Gulworthy. (visit link)
It was 157.4010 metres above sea-level(Newlyn Datum). The flush bracket was last verified in 1963 and last levelled in 1952.
