I found this survey marker while riding in a car and just looking, I had no idea it was here.
Description-
On the north right of way for F.M. 1571, and about 2.4 miles west of the intersection of US 69 and F.M. 513 in southern Lone Oak.
On the west side of a barbed wire gate, and under the gate line. A disk labeled "CITY OF GREENVILLE" and "MARKER". The monument projects about 1 foot and is set in a 1/2 foot by 1/2 foot setting.
The coordinates are in the WGS 84 datum and were taken with WAAS correction. Estimated accuracy was 8ft.
The elevation was about 466Ft.
