This grave is reputed to be that of a Blackfoot Indian Warrior who died while passing thru the area around the turn of the 19th century. He was given a Christian burial in the local church graveyard by the settlers. The original headstone was replaced about 5 years ago.
Nothing was known of his name, where he came from, where he was going and even the exact date he died was not recorded.
