This community garden is now on Douglas Ave near Pentland St in Winnipeg MB. It caters to seniors at least 55 year old.

This community garden was originally established at 1571 Henderson Hwy several years ago on a future transportation right of way (planned for 2020). In the fall of 2010, construction started on the transportation right of way and the garden was moved to Douglas Ave.
As well as 20 'normal' ground beds, there are also 39 raised beds to make it much easier for the seniors to tend to their garden plot.
Composting facilities along with park benches, bird houses, picnic tables, signs, gating and a large newly added gazebo make this community garden one of the most well developed in the city.
