This Church in the Village of Burnham Thorpe and here Lord Horatio Nelson's father was the Rector. until his death in 1802. there are several plaques and memorials to Lord Nelson inside the church.

The church dates from the 13th century and was restored to Lord Nelson's honour in the 19th Century.
a Cross in the chancel arch and a lectern are both made from the timbers taken from HMS Victory, NELSON'S flagship, given to the Church
by the Board of the Admiralty.
