Glen Bruce Park, 414 Broad Street, was part of the original design for the City of Kingsport, TN. Set between the original red brick post office (now city library) and electrical power office (soon to be another bank). It is primarily used as a bandstand for jazz lunchtime concerts during the summer - and kick off for Kingsport Funfest weeklong festival. One blog even mentions that it was the live music for a tomato festival at the nearby farmer's market (held in parking lot behind the gazebo).
