This very nice bench does not have the plaque on it. Instead it has it beside it. The bench is located along the North Creek Trail. This means that it comes in handy after a very long walk. There are many others but there are not many dedicated ones.
I could not find very much info about Mr. Schmidt. In fact there is pretty much nothing about him.
