My son graduated from the University of Colorado and on his graduation day we found this Kugel ball and made it a locationless cache. I am in the granite business (countertops) and have seen these balls made in Canada and Europe. Thet are turned on huge lathes. They need to be made to very precise tolerances or they will not work properly.
