The fitness facility for the Greater Kingsport YMCA is located here. Administrative offices are downtown. And a new center is being planned (land has been leveled) behind the Kmart. The "Y" also runs an aquatic program using the pool at Sullivan South high school.

For adults, this location is a gym. For kids (age 6-12), this spot is Wii Sports, Wii Fit, Dance/Dance/Revolution, bouldering wall in the gym, giant inflatable bouncer/slide, Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, and Circuit Training, utilizing our hydraulic resistance equipment.
