This small park and man-made lake are about as far as you can get from the locations that Ponce de Leon visited in North America. However Leon's search for the fountain of youth is a universal tale.

The lake has a fountain in its center to aerate the lake, and I'm guessing that's where the name came from.

The park is owned by the Twin Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association and is private, however you can stroll along the sidewalk and enjoy the view.
