This photo cutout is an advertising piece for Galerie Côté Créations, owned by Yan-Éric Côté, Painter & Signmaker. I suspect he painted it himself. It shows a winter scene and has cutouts for two children. It is geared for kids as the cutouts are small and only show a portion of my face.
