The steering wheel is on the right, so who knows when this old truck came to US where steering is on the left. It's hard to believe this truck was ever driven after it was cut down, since there is only about 1 inch ground clearance. You can walk around, look, and touch, but the doors probably no longer open and you can't sit in it.
