The boat is located at the base of the restaurant's sign along Highway 90. It's a real eyecatcher and likely helps attract customers.

We've never eaten at this restaurant, but we found a review (visit link) that states the following: the cool water grill is a very good seafood restaurant in lake city. the restaurant has a north florida "key west" decor but the food is very good and moderately priced. just a short drive on US 90 from the I-75 exit it is a nice change of pace from the interstate exit fast food fare.
