The Sky PC Room is typical of thousands of these little places in Korea that offer public internet access. Although they are used primarily by gamers, we often use them when traveling to access email and review waymarks. Refreshments are on hand.

This site is not far from Bucheon station, where one can go west to Incheon, location of the main international airport, or east to the captial city, Seoul, about an hour away.
In addition to "PC Rooms" in almost every block in the cities, most coffee shops, of which there are many, and some restaurants have at least one computer for internet access, thought they are not primarily internet cafes.
Access rates are extremely cheap - about a dollar an hour, sometimes less! I've seen some that are fifty-cents per hour.
One has to be a little cautious, though, as these tend to attract younger gaming addicts and are considered by some to be places to avoid.
