This is a brick memorial with a bronze plaque which has a bell hanging above it and a flag behind it. It is located to the right of one of the entrances to the courthouse.
The plaque says the following:
"In honor of those who paid the supreme sacrifice in World War II"
A list of names (see picture)
"And in memory of those who served in World Wars I & II"
