Cut benchmark on house on south side of A390 at Parkfield in the village of St Ive. The flush bracket is difficult to see as it has been painted over with wall paint.

This flush bracket was used during the Second and Third geodetic levelling of England & Wales. It was included on the Liskeard to Yelverton levelling line.
This flush bracket is 174.3244 metres above sea-level(Newlyn Datum). It was last verified in 1963 and was last levelled in 1952.
