Three floor (no elevator, of course). The Bross Hotel was first opened in 1906 by Deputy Sheriff W. T. Bross. At the time it was considered "the only really first-class hotel in the county" by local authorities. Just one block from Paonia's main street, the hotel flourished for nearly 70 years. In the mid-90s this legendary structure was revitalized.
