The clock was commissioned by the local Rotary International and built by The Verdin Co. It was placed at a corner at the center of Dallas Borough where 5 roads meet and dedicated September 2005. Dallas, PA was named after a cousin of the man Dallas, TX was named for, but PA’s town is much smaller than that TX city!
