This ATV trail is designed for 3 wheelers, 4 wheelers and motorized mountain bikes. The trail is very exciting and the views are outstanding. It winds through beautiful, lush hardwood and evergreen forests and is dotted with many waterfalls and several beautiful streams. It rises several hundred feet from the trail head to the peak of the mountain. There are places that the trail is rocky and others that are smooth and easily traversed. The road leading to the parking area at the trail head can be traveled to by car but it is slow going and has many hairpin turns. The thing that impressed me most about this trail is the solitude when there are not noisy bikes on the trail. When I first arrived at the trail head the only sounds I could here were the sounds of nature.
