For the "European Capital of Culture" in 1995, an exhibition of 11 works by French artist Niki de Saint Phalle (1930-2002) took place in public spaces in the city of Luxembourg.
At the end of the exibition, this one was bought by the city of Luxembourg, the Banque Générale de Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Post.
