The bicycle racks in various human forms are located at the Soulard Farmers Market. The racks made of heavy tubing are often not recognized as bicycle racks, signs had been put in place to inform bicyclists of their intended purpose though it appears now that the signs are not in place. The market was close on the day of my visit thus no bicycles.
