PETRUSBRUNNEN - TRIER - Fountains on Waymarking.com

The "Petrusbrunnen" (eng.: Fountain of Saint Peter) stands at the main marketplace in the center of Trier.
It was created 1594/95 by the sculptor Hans Ruprecht Hoffmann (*1545,+1617).
At the top of the fountain stands a statue of Saint Peter, the patron saint of the city.
