This YMCA functions mainly as a Gym/Fitness Centre. There are 270 volunteers here, and it serves 11,000 members. There are floors for weights, two pools and a rubberized track that allows for jogging/running in even the worst weather that nature can throw at Mississauga.

Downstairs are gymnasiums and smaller rooms for community activities. There is a daycare and summer camp program here too. When I was a member, I could often be found at one of the 4 squash courts.
