'TO COMMEMORATE THE 2ND MILLENNIUM. THIS TIME CAPSULE WAS BURIED BY DUNCHURCH PARISH COUNCIL ON 5TH NOVEMBER 2000 AS A GIFT TO FUTURE GENERATIONS'.
