The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral stands at the corner of N. High St, and Goodale St. in downtown Columbus, Ohio.

It is very recognizable due to its architecture, and of course, its greenish dome. The cathedral has been designed using traditional Byzantine architecture which incorporates a floor plan of a Greek cross.

The Annunciation was the first Greek Orthodox church to be chartered in Ohio. It received its official charter in March of 1910.

The parish here also hosts a yearly Greek festival. This provides the public a glimpse of the area's Greek heritage, while allowing those of said heritage to celebrate it.
