Lynn Canyon Park is a 600 acre forested park with lush second growth rainforest and streamside vegetation. The park contains many hiking trails varying in length and difficulty.
For many people, the highlight is the suspension bridge that hangs 200 feet above Lynn Creek. Think Capilano suspension bridge without the entrance fee, the souvenir shop or the hordes of tourists.
A ten minute walk upstream from the bridge brings you out at 30 Foot Pool. This crystal clear pool is a popular spot for sunning and swimming in the summertime. Twenty minutes downstream is a wooden bridge which crosses the creek at beautiful Twin Falls.
An ecology centre (admission by donation) offers informative and interactive displays on the local flora and fauna.
