Most of the graffiti along concrete surfaces of this bridge are painted over with light gray paint by city workers who carefully monitor for new graffiti. On a concrete surface of a base of a series of columns next to railroad tracks, however, there is graffiti that is not painted over, probably because that narrow piece of land belongs to the railroad company and not to the city.
