Edward E. Russakow was born in 1949, and is still alive today. Next to his name on the stone, is the branded trademark symbol of the National Forest Service for prevention of forest fires. This symbol is protected, so Edward must have a connection to the Forestry Department, possibly a Ranger.

The other name on the stone is Cherie M. Fisher, a CHHA Nurse. She was born in 1953 and passed in 2004.
