U.S. Coast Guard Rescue Boat #47264 - Oswego, New York - Lifeboats and Rescue Stations on Waymarking.com

The U.S. Coast Guard has a rescue station in the Oswego Harbor with quick access to Lake Ontario. They also have rescue jet skis located here as well. This boat doesn't appear to have been "named", however the numbers on the bow are #47264. It is an all aluminum boat that appears to have most of the modern technology needed to get the job done.
