This location has the remnants of the old Greeter home place. It is about 1/4 mile from the Greeter Falls Parking Lot down the Greeter Falls Loop Trail, and about 50 yards off the trail. What remains is mostly foundation as well as an old well.

This area was owned by the Greeter family and sold to the state to become part of the state natural area. The home site was last occupied in the 1800s and early 1900s.

There is also a nice set of waterfalls further on down the trail.
