Approximately 6 acres of greenspace with playgrounds specifically reserved for "up to 8" and "over 8," plus lighted tennis and basketball courts, a baseball and ten horseshoe pitches.
As for seasonal aspect, a little difficult to use such outdoor facilities when they're under several feet of snow.
