To get to this benchmark, you need to hike to the top of Observation Point. The trailhead is in Zion National Park at the Weeping Rock parking lot. The trail is 4 miles to the top and climbs 2150 feet making it the most strenuous classic hike in the park. Most of the trail is paved, but it turns to sand where the trail begins to level off at the top. Do not under estimate this hike. It is a strenuous hike up and also back down. The downhill hike can be hard on toes and knees. The benchmark is located at the edge of a very high cliff at the end of the trail, so use extreme caution!
