Kate is resting in peaceful Cedar Hill Cemetery, which is located in the southern end of Hartford.

This was my first visit here and the grounds are in a slightly hilly area. A well maintained, gorgeous setting for many local and (some) well known people.

As I searched for the gravestone, I saw lots of deer tracks and even caught a glimpse of one, just 50 feet away. Like the area, she was calm and just patiently watched me as I continued my search.
